Dear Future Customers, I tried to work with the sales team on a remote trade-in and it was a horrible experience. After spending 20 minutes to enter all my info. and attach pictures, all I got was texts from Saban Dawood to forward all the info again. This guy says he is a 20 year veteran. This is the 2nd G90 purchased from Genesis of Atlanta. Previously owned 4 LS series Lexus. If you are looking for a luxury vehicle test drive the G90. I am 6'3' and I know what comfort is. You will not regret your decision! I consistently get comments like "I love your Bentley!" A good friend just spent in excess of $200k on his S63 Benz. I will put my G90 up as a great match! We've purchased new vehicles from all three local Genesis dealers in our local area and have purchased 5-Gensis' since 2010. Consequently, we're pretty familiar with the sales and service tactics at each of these & very familiar with the cars & features. By far, Genesis of Atlanta was the easiest and most pleasurable to work with. We were never pressured into those additional "extras" that other dealers try to sell to increase the price/profit. It was actually a pleasure (as it should be) to purchase our new GV70.
When I arrived at the dealership I was only there to test drive, however once I met with Lawrence he heard what I needed and delivered it! The team made the transaction so easy and seamless that I would recommend them to anyone interested in buying a new car. Purchased a used vehicle and within a week began to have electrical issues and malfunction warning lights coming on. They refused to provide any assistance because I did not purchase their warranty which cost about $7k for 2 years. Any reputable dealer should stand behind their product and cover issues that arise so soon after a purchase.
